Shipping Policy

Where and how will your arrange my order?

We are located in China. We will ship your order out via ePacket, Post Air Mail, EMS, DHL within 24 hours.

  • Standard Shipping ($3): We usually use ePacket, China Post Air Mail to process your order, both are traceable, usually takes 7-15 work days for delivery. For orders over $19, standard shipping fee is FREE.
  • Expedited shipping($18): We use DHL, UPS, EMS and other express to deliver your order, usually takes 3-7 days for delivery.

We will send you the tracking information as soon as your order has shipped out. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after parcel sent out.

When will you ship my order out?

We will try our best to arrange your order in a timely manner. Orders will be processed within 24 hours. And a Shipping confirmation email containing your Tracking information will be sent when your order is shipped. If you have any question about shipment, please feel free to contact us.

How long does it take for delivery?

It usually takes 5-25 working days.

How about Shipping Delays?

Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If you need additional information, please feel free to contact us.

Return & Refund

What is your return policy

Firstly, We will try our best to satisfy you. if you have any question about your parcel, pls give each other a chance to solve the problem smoothly. Any requirement about your order or our product details, please feel free to send us an email, you will get satisfactory reply.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where refunds are denied (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not receive a refund.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not receive a refund.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • All custom orders are final and are not eligible for returns. Requests for changes or additional customization or alterations can not be made for custom products.
