Payment & Tax

What payment types are accepted?

We accept Credit Card, Western Union( enjoy extra 10% discount) and Bank Transfer for all orders.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

We won’t charge the tax. The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order, it is determined by your local customs office.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Want to change or cancel an order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!).
Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Please note that any orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Shipment & Delivery

When and how will your process my order?

We are located in China. We will ship your parcels via ePacket, Post Air Mail, DHL in 12 hours.

We will send you the tracking number as soon as your order has shipped out. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.

What shipping services do you use?

We will ship your parcels via ePacket, Registered Post Air Mail, DHLetc. We will process your order according to following two rules.

  • Order under 2kg(70.5oz/ 4.4lb), we will choose the ePacket, China Post Air Mail with tracking info for delivery.
  • Order over 2kg, we will arrange delivery via DHL, EMS or other express.

How much is the freight?

We usually offer free shipping for orders over 9usd. For your order. For some special cases, we will contact you to get further details.

How long does it take for delivery?

It usually takes 5-15 working days.

How about Shipping Delays?

Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If you need additional information, please feel free to contact us.

Do you ship products internationally?

Yes, for orders over $9, we offer free shipping worldwide.

Return & Refund

What is your return policy?

Firstly, We will try our best to satisfy you. if you have any question about your parcel, pls give each other a chance to solve the problem smoothly.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where refunds are denied (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not receive a refund.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not receive a refund
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
